The Glover Story
We’re three siblings — Sadbh, Roisin & Olan — raised in a busy B&B in Wicklow on the stunning East Coast of Ireland. Daily tasks involved stripping beds and mastering Nespresso machines. Our love of food started very young, nightly battles over who got to cook dinner. Weekends consisted of very serious “Come Dine With Me” competitions. Complete with cocktails from Roisin’s iconic “100 Cocktails to Try Before You Die” Book (she was eight… we don’t ask questions). We’ve always worked together as a family & plan on doing so forever.
What we are known for! A beautifully curated Irish Cheese & Charcuterie box featuring artisan Sheridans cheeses, premium Lilliput cured meats, seasonal fruits, and gourmet accompaniments. Thoughtfully arranged for effortless entertaining.
Vegetarian Boards - Please order as normal & just let us know you are vegetarian via email. The cost remains the same as more cheese & accompaniments will be added.

All of our food is freshly prepared by our team in our kitchen each morning. While we make every effort to cater for allergies and dietary requirements, our kitchen handles many allergens and there is a significant risk of cross-contamination. As a result, traces of any of the 14 recognised allergens may be present, including celery, crustaceans, eggs, fish, gluten, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soya, sulphur dioxide & sulphites, and tree nuts.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in your email. However, as we cannot guarantee that any item will be completely free from allergens, customers should use their own judgement when placing an order.
